What is the scope of work for a Lead-Based Paint Abatement ?
The objective of Lead-Based Paint Abatement is to ensure the proper removal and disposal of lead-base
paint materials at your Property.
Prior to the abatement activities, a Property reconnaissance is performed to determine the amount and location of lead-based
paint requiring removal and disposal. The reconnaissance is typically attended at the minimum, by a certified Lead-Related
Inspector/Assessor and Construction Monitor, and a State-licensed, DHS and SCAQMD-registered lead abatement contractor.
