OUR STORY

Mr. Andrew Bolland and Dr. Linda Wu originally formed Qualight, L.L.C as a platform to support research and development of environmentally friendly technologies. During his career as geologist, Mr. Bolland had become frustrated with inherent inefficiencies in the business structures of environmental companies that affected their ability to adequately serve their clients' needs quickly and cost-effectively.

Mr. Bolland and Dr. Wu realized that they could provide high-quality, environmental services at very competitive costs, by stream-lining the business structure of the typical environmental company. Thus, Qualight Environmental was formed to provide a leaner, adaptable, and more responsive alternative to serve the environmental sector.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Qualight Environmental was founded by Mr. Andrew Bolland and Dr. Linda Wu to service the environmental needs of the western United States. Qualight Environmental staff have completed over 2,000 Phase I ESAs, Phase II Investigations, Phase III Remediations, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removals, and Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Surveys and Abatements for the residential, commercial and telecommunications wireless sectors.

The Qualight Environmental staff consists of fully-licensed and certified environmental experts that routinely perform these services throughout the United States, including Hawaii.

Our staff have serviced the environmental needs of private homeowners and landlords, investment companies, lending institutions, the Department of Defense, lending institutions, commercial investment companies, and tellecommunications wireless companies.
